New Recipe!!
Over the weekend I made some Healthier Peanut Butter Swirl Brownies and took them to a Green Bay Packer Party! Thankfully the Packers won and the brownies turned out to be a big hit with both the kids and adults!
Check out the recipe and more about the brownies on their recipe page! (on the left side of the screen)

My Food Obsessions!!
I am generally open to trying any new food, unless it looks or smells completely revolting! Trying new things is always a good and bad thing for me because if I like it then I want to try and incorporate it into everything I make!
This has happened in the past with my discovery of Plain Greek Yogurt, I tell ya I'm still not completely over using it in whatever I possibly can. I also have been previously obsessed with chickpeas, lentils, bananas, and brussel sprouts! And when I say previously I really mean there is still a slight obsession with these ingredients and that they will probably pop into my future recipes frequently.
Besides getting new ingredient obsessions I also like to try and figure out ways to add alterations to recipes to suit different taste preferences or dietary needs. Whenever I have ideas for these things I will try to include then in my posts!
Additionally I like to know the nutrition facts for foods that I make! Especially if I am converting a recipe in order to make it healthier I think its exciting to see how much the calories or fat content can be cut down without compromising on taste, texture, or look of a dish! These figures are always just a general measure of a recipe and should not be used for anything except ideal curiosity, so don't judge any medical, emotional or physical needs based upon what I post!
